Geoffrey has spent just on 3 decades studying, practicing and teaching alternative therapies in a journey to realize truth and relieve suffering in himself and the world around him.

Years of meditation and yoga in temples throughout Asia, brought about the compassion and insight to bring his practice off the cushion and into society.

He's used and taught what he found to be most effective in hospitals, workshops and events in over 30 countries.

With his life partner(Atsuko) he currently runs a wholistic Retreat centre in idyllic surrounds in the mystical regions of Japan's southern most island.

His motto is "world peace through inner peace".
